SACEM is a voluntary service organization that was established in 1983 to help the new comers from Sri Lanka. Its activities are not at directed at the needs of any special group in the community. Its objective is to work for the progress of the community by catering to the felt needs of the people from time to time. Its programs of activities over past 20 years have covered a wide range of fields as indicated below. "Healthy and Wellness, Responsible Citizenship, Education and Skills Development, Promotion of Voluntarism, Family support and parenting, Youth Leadership Training, Assistance In Srilanka". Under the above heads SACEM has reached out to many hundreds of men and women in the community and through its varied programs, has influenced their lives for the better. ...
